| 摘 要： | 旅游解说是一个由多要素构成的具有特定功能和结构的系统。在阅读大量文献的基础上，将旅游景区解说系统确定为解说员、解说设施、解说信息、景区管理和解说受众五个一级指标，利用德尔菲法确定了24个二级指标，并通过层次分析法，运用MATLAB7．5软件，确定了各评价指标的权重，构建了旅游景区旅游解说系统评估模型，且以南京中山陵景区的解说系统为例进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Tourism interpretation is a multi-element system with particular function and structure. In the paper, an evaluation system with 5 first-grade indices （guides, interpretation facilities, interpretation information, scenic spot management and the visitor） is established and 24 second-grade indices are determined by using Delphi technique. By adopting Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） technique and MATLABT.5 software, we have determined the weight of every evaluation index and established the scenic tourism interpretation system assessment model. Also an empirical study is conducted on Dr. Sun Yat-sen＇s Mausoleum in Nanjing. |
