社会管理视角下老年精神保障问题探析

社会管理的目标是促进和谐社会的构建,而和谐社会的建立又以各阶层、各群体福利状况的共同改善为基础,老年人是一个庞大而又特殊的社会群体,建立完备的老年保障体系自然是当前社会建设和社会管理的一项重要内容。近年来,我国老年保障体系建设在物质保障方面取得了长足进步,而精神保障方面则相对缺乏。把握老年精神保障的内涵,分析我国老年精神保障体系的特点和存在问题,推动老年精神保障体系的健全和完善,有利于改善老年人社会管理,促进代际和谐与社会稳定。
