Housing bubble has become a prominent social problem in China. It is not only an economic problem, but a social problem. In the current context of social transformation in China, sociology can be used to better understand why there are some social conflicts caused by housing behind China＇s economic take-off. At the same time, only the vision of social policy can be more clearly see the path of housing reform in the forces during the conflict. Under the two characteristies of the times, social policy for development and interests of the game, focus on the plight of the housing bubble and reflect the future direction of housing reform is very meaningful.
