现阶段本土性社会工作之专业关系研究

社会工作助人实践中社会工作者和受助者之间的专业关系直接影响助人实践的成败。西方社会工作理论对专业关系有比较细致的研究和相对详尽的实务原则,现阶段的本土性社会工作则由于本土文化、专业发展阶段等因素的影响要求在实践中对专业关系的把握需要注意自身的特点。高度情感卷入、有条件的接纳、案主自决的适当介入和时间上的延展性构成现阶段本土社会工作实践专业关系的特点。社会工作者对这些特点的总结、理解和把握将推动社会工作事业的发展和制度化的建设。

A Study on the Professional Relationship in Local Social Work at Present

The professional relationship between the helpers and recipients has a direct effect on the success or failure in the practice of helping others in the social work. The theories of western social work have done a quite careful and detailed research to the professional relationships with a relatively exhaustive practice principle. However, taking such factors as the local culture and development stage into consideration, the local social work needs to pay attention to its own characteristics in the practice of dealing with the professional relationship. Those factors such as the emotional involvement in the work, conditional reception, the recipients＇ self-determination of the appropriate intervention as well as the ductility of the relational maintenance make up the characteristics of the professional relationship in the local social work practice at present. Therefore, the social worker should comprehend and summarize these characteristics, thus promoting the development of social work and the construction of its system.
