Along with the economic development,social progress and the pervasion of the concept of harmonious society,social work is getting more and more popular.Excellent social work needs the support of outstanding professional workers in social work,which largely depends on the college faculty cultivation in social work specialty.Currently,social work is a new specialty with many problems in the faculty cultivation.One of the problems is that many are cross discipline teachers,which has negative influence.Therefore,it is essential for us to explore efficient cultivation models to improve teachers＇ ability and satisfy the social demands.
