摘    要:针对大学中存在的迷茫现状,以提升学生生活品质与社会价值为目标,以生命教育作为主线,贴近学生的实际生活,将心理健康教育的课程系统化。侧重于亲身体验与实践,采取主题讲授、课题讨论、角色扮演、观看视频、课后社会实践等多种形式,将心理健康教育课程打造成不同于其它全校公选课的全新课程。

Abstract:According to the present situation of confused in university, aiming at advance the quality of life and social value of students, taking the life education as the main line, closing to the stu- dent's actual life, we systematize the curriculum of mental health. Focus on the experience and the practice, taking various forms, such as teaching, discussing, role playing, watching video, after-school social practice; our aim is making the curriculum of mental health different from others.
