| 摘 要： | 代议制民主在人口和地域两个方面对直接民主实现了重大突破,是间接民主的主要表现形式。代议制民主由选举制度、代议制度和政党制度共同构成。除代议制民主本质的虚伪性之外,它在实践过程中也表现出如选举的困境、代表的两难、公民政治冷漠等诸多不足。

| Abstract: | The representative democracy achieved significant breakthrough to the direct democracy in two aspects： the population and the region. The representative democracy is the major form of the indirect democracy. The representative democracy is composed of the vote system,the representative system,and the party system. In addition to the hypocrisy of the representative democracy,it also shows many shortcomings in the process of practice,such as the dilemma of the vote,the dilemma of the senator,and the citizens＇ political apathy. |
