On the Functions of Local Government in the Rural Economy under the Socialist Mraket Economy

Under the socialist market economy, local governments should perform the functions in the rural economy such as joining macro-control, maitaining market order, etc. However, there exist some problems such as the rigidity of carrying out the central policys, the weakling of agriculture service and so on at the present. In order to promote the rural economy, local goverments should devote a lot of time and energy to macro-control, agriculture service, markets development and so forth.
