论《国朝历科题名碑录初集》的刻版与印本

清代进士登科录存世较少,查阅不便,北京孔庙的进士题名碑经风雨磨蚀,字迹漫漶,这使《国朝历科题名碑录初集》成为考察明清进士群体的重要资料。房兆楹、杜联吉吉的《增校清朝进士题名碑录.附引得》和朱保炯、谢沛霖的《明清进士题名碑录索引》都是根据它编纂的。然而《国朝历科题名碑录初集》本质上却是一种以新闻宣传、市卖盈利而非保存文献为主要目的的出版物,在清代还存在着坊间盗刻本。该书在记载进士的姓名、籍贯方面存在数量不少的误刊,其中部分误刊也被“引得”和“索引”所延续。

On plates and printed books of The First Collection of the Block-printed Copy of the Inscribing of Jin-Shi on the Stone of the National Dynasty

There are no much of the name lists of Jin-Shi and all of them are difficult to be looked up.The inscribing of Jin-Shi on the stone in Confucian Temple in Beijing have been seriously eroded.All of these makes it an important kind of material,The First Collection of the Block-printed Copy of the Inscribing of Jin-Shi on the Stone of the National Dynasty.An Enlarged Edition and Index of the Block-printed Copy of the Inscribing of Jin-Shi on the Stone of Qing Dynasty edited by Fang Zhao-ying and Du Lian-zhe and Index of the Block-printed Copy of the Inscribing of Jin-Shi on the Stone of Ming and Qing Dynasties edited by Zhu Bao-jiong and Xie Pei-lin are all indexes of it.But as it is found out in this thesis,it is rather a kind of publication of news to earn money than to preserve literature.There was at least one pirated copy of it in Qing dynasty.Many printing errors of Jin-Shi's name and native place are among these books,which were succeeded by these two modern indexes.
