| 摘 要： | 企业成长主要通过内生性成长、并购性成长和网络化成长三种方式实现,其中网络化成长是当今企业成长的重要方式。基于企业动态能力解构和理论模型,增强企业动态能力是促进企业健康快速成长的根本措施,而现阶段企业的能力是决定企业成长边界的最根本原因。

| Abstract: | Firm＇s growth is achieved by three ways including internal growth, acquisition -based growth and network - based growth, and network - based growth is the primary growth form of the firm now. Then by discomposing the dynamic capabilities, the article establishes a theoretic model and gives some implications to the firms. Finally analyzes the relations between the dynamic capabihties and the changes of the boundaries of the firm. |
