开放获取及其对数字图书馆建设模式的影响

分析了开放获取的概念和开放获取的方式及它在信息建设、学术交流等方面的突出表现,笔者发现开放获取对数字图书馆构建起到推动作用,促进了数字图书馆的快速发展。重要的是开放存取方式也为解决数字图书馆建设方面存在的版权解决不彻底问题提供了一个较好的选择,不失为一种未来数字图书馆建设模式的选择。

Open Access and Its Influence on the Construction Mode of Digital Library

This paper analyzes the definition of the open access,open access mode,and its outstanding performance in the information construction and academic exchanges etc;it is found that the open access has played an important role in the construction of digital library,and it accelerates the development of digital library.More importantly,the open access mode is a good choice to solve the problem of the copyright of the digital library and a good mode of the construction of digital library in future.
