| 摘 要： | 目前创业者的创业问题已成为人们关注的焦点,创业过程中的法律风险问题也逐渐显现。本文通过对白城市区及周边县、乡(镇)部分创业者风险法律意识及风险防范措施的调查问卷进行分析,得出提高创业风险法律意识的有效途径,以期对规避创业法律风险的管理有一些帮助。

| Abstract: | At present,entrepreneurs’s venture problem has already become the focus of attention.The legal risks in entrepreneurial process gradually tend to show up.This paper did a questionnaire analysis of entrepreneurs’ legal consciousness and risk prevention measures in Baicheng City and its peripheral county,and rural areas,some effective methods were obtained to advance legal consciousness,so as to offer help to the management of avoiding law risks. |
