| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工文化参与频度不佳，参与质量不高。新生代农民工文化参与经济条件、休闲时间条件以及外部供给条件都较差。月平均休息天数、企业、社区和共青团组织的文化活动供给程度是影响他们文化参与频度的重要因素；年龄、文化程度、每天平均工作时间以及企业、社区、共青团组织的文化活动供给状况是影响他们文化参与质量的重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | New generation of migrant workers does not often participate into culture,and the quality of participation is not high.Their economic conditions for cultural participation,leisure time as well as external supplying conditions are relative bad.Average resting days,the cultural activities supply of companies,communities,and the communist youth league organizations are important factors influencing their participation;age,education level,the average daily working hours as well as the cultural activities’ quality supplying by companies,communities,the communist youth league organizations are important factors influencing their iparticipation quality. |
