以企业发展为导向的人力资源培训研究

摘    要:
人力资源培训具有商品性和非商品性,间接性和直接性,高效性与长效性。人力资源培训的成本与收益之间的比率达到某个临界值时,才能保证其得以实施。人力资源培训与促进企业发展之间是一个双向互动的关系,包括人力资源培训与提高劳动效率的互动,人力资源培训与企业物质资本积累的互动,人力资源培训与企业技术进步的互动,人力资源培训与企业内部管理创新的互动。

Abstract:
Human resources training has many attributes that contain commodity and non-commodity, indirectness and directness, effectiveness and long term effects.Only until the ratio between the cost and benefit of human resources training reaches a critical value, can this be carried out.Human resources training and enterprise development promote each other mutually. It includesinteraction of human resources training and improvement of labor efficiency, interaction of human resources training and physical capital accumulation,interaction of human resources training and technical progress of enterprises,interaction of human resources training and managementinnovation of internal enterprises.
