新世纪粤台产业合作的结构分析与策略探讨

过去20多年来,由于特殊的地缘条件和良好的经济基础设施与产业配套条件,粤台两地具有进行经济资源整合和产业结构互补的良好条件,广东也成为台商在大陆投资最集中的省份,台商投资结构演化和粤台产业合作取得长足的发展,但也存在台资企业的产业关联度不高,台资企业的技术溢出和学习效应不明显和台商投资软环境有待改善等问题。进入新世纪,广东应进一步调整对台商投资的产业导向,优化台商投资结构,重点引进台湾大企业投资,努力提高广东本地企业对台资企业的产业配套能力。

The Structure Analysis and Strategy Probe in Industrial Cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan in the New Century

In the past 20 years,the specific geographic conditions and the good economic infrastructure and industrial supporting conditions have become favorable for the integration of economic resources and the suplement of industrial structures between Guangdong and Taiwan.Guangdong has become one of the provinces in which Taiwan businessmen have invested most in mainland.The investment structure by Taiwan businessmen and the industrial cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan have developed quickly.However,there are also some problems in the enterprises owned by Taiwan's businessman,such as little parallel association among them,inconspicuous technology overflow and the learning effect,soft environment of investment and so on.After entering the new century,Guangdong should further adjust the direction,and optimize the structure of FDI from Taiwan,and introduce the investment by big enterprises to enhance the local firms'supporting ability in agreement with Taiwan enterprises' investment.
