| 摘 要： | 《史记》中涉及鞭笞之罚的记载的目的不同,或肯定主人公的知错能改,或谴责某人罪有应得,或揭示人物的性格,或揭示主人公的某项才能,或为主人公雪耻复仇作伏笔,或阐明家长管教子女的权力,或揭露封建国家的狱吏之酷和刑罚之滥,不一而足。

| Abstract: | "Records of the Historian" is Sima Qian's works handed down from ancient times to posterity. There are more than ten places involving flogging in his book, but the purpose is different. Some affirm a person's correcting an error when one becomes aware of it, some condemn a person's deserving his punishment, some announce a person's character, some announce a person's certain talent, some make preparation for a person's revenging, some expound the power that parents teach children, and some reveal the cruelty of turnkey and excessiveness of the penalty in the feudal country. |
