新疆少数民族双语培训教师汉语学习动机调查与分析——以新疆师范大学为例

摘    要:文章从社会心理学和认知心理学的角度出发,对新疆师范大学少数民族双语教师的汉语学习动机进行调查和分析,发现受训教师汉语学习动机主要表现在兴趣动机、社会需求动机、个人发展等几个方面。其中内在兴趣动机类似于“融合性”动机,而社会需求、个人发展动机属于“工具性”动机。相比而言,受训教师的内在动机不强,所以在今后的教学中应加强受训教师的内在动机。

Abstract:The article investigates and analyses the motivations of Chinese learning of ethnic bilingual teachers in Xinjiang Normal University from the perspective of Sociolinguistics and cognitive linguistics. It is found that they are motivated by their interest, social needs, personal development etc. Their interest is similar to integrative motivation, while social needs and personal development can be classified as instrumental motivation. Comparatively speaking, their intrinsic motivation is weak. Therefore, the intrinsic motivation should be strengthened in the teaching in future.
