| 摘 要： | 区域竞争中,城市吸引力和竞争力的提高离不开其文化底蕴的提升。镇江的文明建设不仅要融入沿江开发、长三角区域发展的大潮流,更要有自身的地域特色。从旅游、城建、人力资源、城市精神、地产品牌等方面打造镇江沿江亲水生态文明,不仅符合镇江区域文化的精神内涵,更是科学发展观的根本要求。

| Abstract: | In terms of regional competition the attraction and competitiveness of a city are inseparable from its cultural background.The construction of Zhenjiang's civilization should not only become a part of the development of the Yangtze River Delta,but also has its own local characteristics.The hydrophilic ecological civilization of Zhenjiang should be developed in such aspects as tourism,urban construction,human resources,city spirit and local brands,which not only conforms to the local spirit of Zhenjiang,but also meets the scientific concept of development. |
