| 摘 要： | 生物医药高技术是新世纪技术革命的主角 ,近年来生物医药高技术的发展对药物的开发和研制过程产生了极大的冲击 ,同时也为生物学、医学和药学的发展带来了空前的机遇。本文中提出生物医药高技术的发展应适时引入风险投资基金 ,并对生物医药高技术领域内引入风险投资基金的必要性、可行性及其运作规则进行了探讨

| Abstract: | s: High tech in bio medicine plays a main role in the technical revolution of the new century, and its development in the recent years has made great impact on the research and development of drugs, bringing great opportunities for the development of biology, medicine and pharmaceutics simultaneously. The article suggests that the venture capital funds should be introduced and adopted for the development of high tech in bio medicine, discusses the necessity, feasibility of the introduction, and explores its manipulation rules. |
