新疆南疆地区城市化与生态环境耦合关联分析

摘    要:将自然环境和人文环境比较典型的欠发达地区——新疆南疆地区的5座城市作为研究区域,借助国内外城市化与生态环境耦合关系方面的理论和研究成果,在指标系统构建和灰色关联技术的支持下,深入分析南疆地区城市化与绿洲生态环境之间的耦合关联程度。分析结果表明,城市的经济增长、人口迁移、社会化服务功能和水平提高是胁迫生态环境的主要原因,由于排放而产生的人均负荷及生态环境条件是支撑、约束和限制南疆地区城市化的主要因素。根据城市化与生态环境耦合度分析结果,可以把南疆地区5座城市分为高等耦合度与中等耦合度两种地域类型:塔里木盆地北部的库尔勒市和南部的和田市属于高等耦合度城市,而西部的3座城市属于中等耦合度城市。

Abstract:With the aid of theories and research findings which advanced by both home and foreign scholars, this paper analyzes the coupling relations between urbanization and eco-environment in Southern Xinjiang, which is a typically under developed area in China, by the supporting of the gray relation technology. Through a series of spatiotemporal analyses, this study illustrates that, economic growth, population migration and the increasing of social service function of cities are the main factors which are threatening eco-environment. At the same time, the week eco-environment is also the main factor, which is restricting as well as supporting the urbanization process in Southern Xinjiang. Our urbanization and eco-environment coupling degree analysis demonstrates that, the coupling degree of Korla City and Hotan City is belong to high level, while that of the other three cities is belong to middle level.
