| 摘 要： | 从国有民办独立学院教育体制实际出发，针对学生素质现状对学生教育和管理模式进行创新和改革，体现了因材施教、因材管理的教育思想，把独立学院办学模式和三本学生素质现状作为学生教育管理模式创瓶的重要参考条件。论述了如何进行独立学院学生的教育和管理，怎样培养高质量的人才等问题。

| Abstract: | In view of the practice with the educational system by the state owned,private operated autonomous institute and some innovations and reforms on students' education and management according to their own quality,which refllects the educational thoughts of teaching and managing particular students in specific ways.Model of running and competence of the third accepted undergraduates,are of vital important for autonomous institute on students' education and management.This paper demonstrates how the autonomous institute educates and manages its students,how to cultivate elites in order to assure its continuous prosperity,the fierce competition in the global market. |
