| 摘 要： | 三农问题,既是关系中国改革开放和现代化建设的重大问题,也是关系中国可持续发展的重大问题.三农问题是城乡二元的社会经济结构造成的.农村城市化是解决三农问题、实现中国可持续发展的有效途径.要以可持续发展的原理指导农村城市化进程,化解日益严重的人口、资源、环境等矛盾,构建面向21世纪的城市化战略.

| Abstract: | The issues of three agriculture (agriculture,countryside,farmer)are related to not only China's reformation and opening to the outer world and modernization construction,but also the sustainable development of China. The issues of three agriculture are caused by the dual social economic structures of town and countryside.The urbanization countryside is a effective way to solve the issues of three agriculture,and to realize China's sustainable development.The process of countryside urbanization must be under the guidance of the sustainable development theory to solve populations,resources and polluted environment.The strategy of urbanization facing 21 century should be carried out. |
