| 摘 要： | 在研究生教育中把培养开展创新精神纳入其中,这是高等院校高层次人才培养的重要途径之一,也是在以高新技术为核心的知识经济社会中,作为创新主体的人必须具备的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力。在研究生的教育中必须改变传统的教育模式,树立创新的教育观念,实现以培养创新能力和创造能力为目标的教育体系,开创研究生教育的新局面。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of initiative and creativity should be put in the whole project of graduate's education. In the knowledgeable economic society which puts high-tech as its core,human being is the main body of innova- tion,so he is to possess innovative awareness,spirit and ability.Therefore,the education of graduates is supposed to change its traditional educational mode,establish new teaching concept,and achieve a system which views inno- vative ability as its teaching aim. |
