南京江心洲大桥吊索张拉施工控制研究

摘    要:自锚式悬索桥体系转换过程中的吊索张拉是最复杂的施工工序,也是区别于地锚式悬索桥的一个施工控制难点。结合实际工程对自锚式悬索桥吊索张拉进行了理论分析,并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了吊索张拉的施工计算。分析张拉过程中各吊索的受力状态、鞍座位移、塔顶变形等,确定了合理的吊索张拉方案并应用于工程实践。

Research on Suspension Cable Tension and Construction Management of Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Bridge

Abstract:Suspension cable tension is the most complex process in system transformation and also is the most difficult process in construction management of self anchored suspension bridge. According to a practical engineering project, suspension cable tension of self anchored suspension bridge is analyzed from the theory. Construction control of hanger installation is calculated by FEM software ANSYS. Tension state, saddle displacement and main tower deforming in the construction process are analyzed. At last, a rational method of cable tension is presented for construction.
