| 摘 要： | 近现代中国铁路高等教育走过了一条从主要依靠外籍教师到逐步培养高水平中国教师队伍的道路．其教师主要由外籍教员、归国留学生和新式学堂毕业生等组成。各铁路高等学堂在教师任职资格上严格把关，宁缺勿滥，对教学常规、课堂教学、外籍教员的管理也十分严格。教师数量严重不足、资历参差不齐、工作任务十分繁重，但待遇相对优厚，也是近现代中国铁路高等教育师资的基本特征。

| Abstract: | Modern Chinese railway higher education at the beginning relied on foreign teachers, and gradually developed its own high-level native teachers. The faculty was mainly composed by foreign teachers, students returned from foreign countries and graduates from New Schools. All railway high schools attached great importance to the qualification of teachers, having strict requirements and managements for teaching regulations, classroom teaching, and foreign teachers. The faculty was charicterized by the inadequacy of teachers, uneven qualification, relatively favorable treatment and very heavy workload. |
