六西格玛管理在我国企业中的应用情况调查与分析

通过问卷调查和统计分析,综述了六西格玛管理在我国企业中的应用现状,结果发现,目前我国企业在推广与实施六西格玛管理过程中存在着一些迫切需要解决的问题和薄弱环节,并提出相应的改进建议。首先对调查问卷进行分析,验证调查问卷的可靠性与准确性;在此基础上利用有效的调查数据进行统计分析、对比分析和四象限分析;同时对问卷中的建议进行汇总分析。分析结果表明,我国企业实施六西格玛管理已经取得了明显的成效,但不同类别企业的实施状况参差不齐。为了促进六西格玛管理在我国企业的有效推广和实施,企业内外部环境有待进一步改善。

Investigation and Analysis on Application of Six Sigma Management in Chinese Enterprises

A survey was carried out to statistically recognize the implementation status of Six Sigma management(SSM)in Chinese enterprises problems existing in the deploying and implementing process of SSM were discovered and corresponding for improvement were put forward.This paper mades reliability and accuracy analysis first to prove that the survey is valid.Survey data are then analyzed with tools of statistical analysis,contrast analysis and four-quadrant analysis,and the qualitative suggestions in the questionnaires are summarized.The results show that SSM in Chinese enterprises are harvesting,though some variation exits among the enterprises surveyed.To accelerate more effective implementation of SSM,both the intermal and extermal business environments should be improved.
