| 摘 要： | 通过对世界农业发展现状比较,可见出我国建设节约型农业的背景及必要性。建设节约型农业的关键是优化农户的生产经营行为,我国农户生产经营的现状还存在的问题应分别从加强政府引导、优化社会服务体系、深化制度改革、建立生态补偿机制、加强宣传等方面引导农户行为的对策,从而推进我国节约型农业的建设。

| Abstract: | Based on a comparison of the different development levels of agriculture in the world,the paper expounds the background and necessity of building a saving-oriented agriculture in China.With a detailed analysis of the existing problems,it points out that the key to success is the optimizing of the farmer's production and management.The measures to be taken include the improved government guidance and the social service system,the better institutional reform,the establishment of the ecological mechanism of compensation and effective publicity. |
