摘    要:在金融体系逐渐开放与消费者需求增加的市场环境之下,金融业在短期之内成长迅速。本研究结果提供高层领导决策者,如何规划并重用员工及促进员工发展,并透过员工之心理信任度与满意度,进而正面且有效影响银行之经营绩效。高层决策主管行为效果与员工信任度与满意度及行为绩效皆因员工年资两年以上或两年以下,而产生不同结果。

Abstract:Along with the opening of the financial market system of Taiwan,the financial operation industry has been growing rapidly since its system makes easier the access to the market entry and participation.The research results show that:(1) both employee development and employment policy are positively associated with their level of trust and satisfaction;(2) both employees' level of trust and satisfaction are positively associated with their operation and behavior performance;(3) both employees' level of trust and satisfaction are all mediators.In other words,through the two mediators,it enhances the positive relationship among employee development and employment policy and their operation and behavior performance;(4) working year plays a moderator role,which moderates the effect of top manager's leadership behaviors,such as employee development and employment policy,on their level of trust and satisfaction and their operation and behavior performance.
