| 摘 要： | 城乡关系是一个国家基本的政治经济关系。中国共产党对城乡关系的认识与政策经历了四次转变:第一次,建国前后工作重心从农村转向城市,从农业转向工商业,实施重工业优先发展的城市偏向政策;第二次,社会主义道路探索时期城市工业发展受阻,工作重点被迫转向农村发展乡村工业;第三次,改革开放时期借鉴农村改革经验推进城市企业改革,探求城乡互动发展之路;第四次,新世纪走向城乡统筹协调发展之路。回顾和梳理我们党对城乡关系的认识与政策,有助于我们推动城乡一体化发展,实现社会和谐。
