对21世纪初叶江苏经济发展的思考

21世纪初叶 ,江苏经济发展将从“膨胀型高速增长”转向“温和的快速增长” ,产业结构演进将由工业化的线性发展转向工业化信息化交叉并进发展 ,经济体制改革将从破除传统体制为主转向全面体制创新为主 ,对外开放将由发展开放型经济转向主动融入全球化经济。同时 ,将实现由经济大省向经济强省、由小康社会向基本现代化、由温饱小康向富裕转变的历史性跨越 ;为完成该目标 ,必须转变思路、转换战略 ,并从市场化、信息化、城市化、全球化四方面组装江苏省经济增长的新动力结构。

On Jiangsu Economy in the Early 21th Century

By analyzing,this paper concludes that in the early 21th century,Jiangsu economy will shift from excessively growing to steadily growing,and the industry development will evolve from the linear development of industry to the stimultaneous development of information technology and industry.Besides,being mixed in the economic globalization,instead of developing foreign oriented economy will play a more important role in the policy of opening to the outside world.As a whole,Jiangsu will raise its economy at a higher level.The paper suggests finally we should change the strategy for economic development and construct the innovative economic development impetus structure from four respects:market orientation,information technology,metropolitan development and economic globalization.
