| Abstract: | The Constitution of the provisions of the basic obligations of citizens confusion many ways the lack of legal norms,resulting in difficulties in the implementation of the Constitution.This requires us to the basic nature of the obligation to re-examine in order to limit the constitutional right to understand the basic concept of obligation,and then amended the text of the Constitution of the basic obligations of the system. |
