| 摘 要： | 高校班主任是高校学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,在学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用。加强这支队伍建设,是大学生思想政治教育的组织保证。针对贵州大学20个学院辅导员、班主任队伍的问卷调查表明,高校辅导员、班主任队伍在年龄结构、学历结构等方面呈现出一定特点;要提高班主任队伍的整理素质,必须提供相应的政策、条件保障,切实加强这支队伍的建设。
