| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的飞速发展,人际关系变得越来越复杂。如何克服人际交往障碍,建立良好的人际关系,成为当代大学生所面临的一个重要课题。从社会心理学的视角透视当代大学生人际交往的特点,探寻影响大学生人际交往的主要心理因素,有助于当代大学生克服交往障碍、建立良好关系。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the social economy, the interpersonal relation becomes more and more complicated. An important task faced by the college student is how to overcome the handicap of interpersonal relation and establish good relationships with others. From the social psychology sight, this article analyzes the characteristics of the college students' social interaction, detects the main psychological factors which affect their social communication and relations in order to help modern college students overcome the handicap in communication and build harmonious relationship. |
