| 摘 要： | 在代工企业升级模式选择过程中,存在决策因素众多、决策过程复杂的困难.为了增加决策的科学性,可以通过平衡记分卡的思想来整合决策因素,构建代工升级模式选择的评价体系.在此基础上通过层次分析法对评价体系进行解构、判断与综合,最后帮助代工企业做出科学的决策.

| Abstract: | In the process of OEM upgrading mode selection,OEMs are facing many difficulties such as too many decision factors and too complicated decision process.In order to increase the scientific decision-making,decision factors can be integrated through the balanced scorecard(BSC) ideas to construct the OEMs upgrading mode selection evaluation system.Then on this basis and through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) deconstruction,judgment and comprehensive evaluation to this system have been made to finally help OEMs to make scientific decisions. |
