在当前党员发展"控量提质"的新形势下,从探讨高校学生党员发展质量入手,阐述了高校学生党员培养体系构建的重要性,并针对大学生在"入党申请人、入党积极分子、预备党员、正式党员"的不同教育阶段培育出现的问题,来完善新生党的启蒙教育、入党积极分子培养教育、党员继续教育和后进党员帮扶教育制度的建设,从而探索和构建高校大学生党员发展质量保障体系.

The construction of quality guarantee system for recruiting CPCparty members of students in university in the new time

Currently,under the new circumstances of controlling quantity and improving quality on university students CPC party applicants,this article expounds the importance of constructing and training university student CPC (Communist Party of China) party members system by discussing the quality of the recruitment of university student CPC party members,and perfect the education to newly university CPC party members aiming at the problems "the applicant for Party membership,Party activists,probationary Party members and formally Party members" to improve the construction of the enlightenment education of the new party members,the continuing education of Party members and the helping education system to backward Party members so as to explore and construct a quality assurance system for recruiting university student CPC party member.
