| 摘 要： | 文章从民族进步、国家兴旺和增强国际科技竞争力的高度,阐述了时代赋予高等学校培养数以千万计的专门人才和一大批拔尖人才的重要历史使命、创新人才培养的理论依据和指导思想以及创新人才的培养模式与基本构成。文章还就实施创新人才培养的思路和高等教育自身应该发挥的作用等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to make our nation progressive, our country more prosperous and increase our international technical competitive power, this article elaborates that times have endowed colleges with important historic mission to develop millions of special talents; raises the theoretic foundation, guiding ideology, and the pattern of cultivating innovation talents; and poses the thinking of developing innovation talents and the roles that higher education itself should play. |
