摘    要:肇始于19世纪60年代的洋务学堂,不仅是中国新教育的发端,同时也标志着中国现代意义上的职业教育的产生。从职业教育的视角审读这一历史,不难发现近代人才观念的形成及其对传统人才观念的突破是职业教育产生的直接诱因;而近代人才观念的形成所折射出的则是一种整体的社会结构的变动,是社会价值观和文化结构变革的产物,这成为职业教育产生的深刻动因。回顾这段历史得到的启示是丰富的。面对当代职业教育的发展,尤其是发展中的问题与困境,职业教育发展之路在于本土化;在于形成多元、互动的职业教育发展张力。

Abstract:The start of schools of foreign affairs in the 1860s marked the emergence of vocational education in modern China.From the perspective of vocational education,it can be found that the incentives to the emergence of China's vocational education are the new concept of talents and its breakthrough in the traditional one.The formation of the modern concept of talents is a reflection of the overall changes in social structure,and also the product of the changes in social values and cultural structure.Recalling t...
