| 摘 要： | 实行住房公积金制度在建立新的城镇住房制度和加快住房建设的发展中发挥着重要作用。它为住房货币化奠定了基础并提供有力的资金来源 ,使“居者有其屋”成为可能。本文针对住房公积金制度实施过程中存在的问题进行剖析 ,提出了解决问题的相应措施。

| Abstract: | Implementation of public accumulative fund for housing plays an important role both in making new housing policy in cities and towns and in accelerating its development, which lays a foundation for housing monetization, provides a reliable fund source and makes it possible that all residents own themselves' houses. Problems on implementing the policy of public accumulative fund for housing are pointed out and their relevant measures put forward. |
