| 摘 要： | 管理理论和管理模式的建立对于提高管理效能和组织效能起着举足轻重的作用,而构建管理理论和模式的根基则是管理哲学。文章对中西方管理哲学进行了比较,指出了对中西方管理哲学进行融合的必要性,并从绿色理念的角度提出了建立符合可持续发展伦理观的管理哲学。

| Abstract: | This paper stuelies on management philosoply, which is the foundation of settingup the management theory and management mode. Discusses the significance of management philosophy, points out the necessity of the integration and the modem use of the Chinese and the western philosophy, finally proposes that management philosophy should conform to the concept of sustainable development from the prespective of the green idea. |
