| 摘 要： | 人权教育不仅是我国履行国际义务、促进人权发展的必然要求,也关系着我国民主与法治建设的价值走向。当前我国人权教育存在着学校教育中人权内容安排比较少,缺乏人权教育资料等不足。人权教育的目标在于人权意识和人权知识的普及,这就要求今后通过深化人权理论研究、编写人权教育资料、在普法过程中推进人权教育、充分利用学校教育资源和媒体等途径来加强人权教育,从而提升人权意识,促进人权实现。 |

| Abstract: | Education of human rights is necessary as our country should fulfill the international obligation and promote the development of human rights;it also correlates the democratic and legal construction of our country.So we should make efforts to advance the awareness and knowledge of human rights,compile the effective teaching materials and make full use of schooling and media resources. |
