| 摘 要： | 建立和谐社会目标的提出,表明了执政党对时势、民意的顺应。在对和谐社会的众多探讨中,对其建构途径的讨论最有现实性,且在众多可能的路径中,公民社会的成长最具基础性的地位。和谐社会,在本质上应该是政治国家与公民社会良性互动的最佳状态。

| Abstract: | The raising of the social goal of establishing a harmonious society indicates the conformity of the ruling Party to the current situation and the public opinion. Among the numerous explorations of such a society's establishment, the discussions on the establishing ways are of the most realisticness and among the numerous possible establishing ways, the growth of a citizen-society has the most basic position. A harmonious society is the best status amidst the being interaction between the state and a citizen society. |
