| 摘 要： | 政治文化是影响和评价国家对外政策并影响中美关系的一个重要因素。从政治文化价值观的国内层面和国际层面来比较中美两国的政治文化，可以看出双方虽同为文化大国，但其政治文化有着很大的差异性。政治文化的比较有利于从一个新视角来分析和理解中美两国之间的分歧。

| Abstract: | Political culture is a key factor that influences the relationship between China and America. This paper focuses on the divergences between China and America through respective comparison of their political cultures nationally and internationally. It points out that many divergences between China and America, in addition to the national interests, partly result from the differences of their political cultures. |
