青海民族教育发展的历史与现状

摘    要:解放前的青海民族教育,处于十分落后的状态。建国后,经过50多年的建设,民族教育事业得到很大发展,但受经济发展、自然条件、教育基础等多种因素的制约,仍存在着不少困难和问题。需要进一步提高认识,转变观念,加强领导,加大投入,加快师资建设和教学手段改革,优化教育结构,提高管理水平,这样才能实现培养大批少数民族合格人才的战略目标。

Abstract:Before liberation,the minority education was extremely backward.Af te r the founding of our People's Republic,minority education have made considerabl e progress through the construction of fifty years and more.But because of restr iction of economic increase,national condition,eductional base and so on,there a re some problems existed in the development of minority education.Only by enhanc ing understanding,changing concepts,quickening teacher construction and teaching methods' reform and optimizing educational structure can we carry out strategic al targets of cultivating many qualified personnels of minority nationalities.
