试论廉政制度生态环境的优化

廉政制度的有效性不仅取决于制度本身,而且也受制于廉政制度所依存的多重社会、政治生态环境,其中既有显性制度生态环境的约束,也有隐性制度生态环境的影响。从政治生态学的视角,分析当前廉政制度生态环境现状及成因,树立明确的政治生态优化的价值取向,进而推进廉政制度的完善与创新;构建和谐的廉政非正式制度体系,营造公民文化氛围,开发公民意识等方式来实现廉政制度生态环境的优化。
