| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了国外社会保障制度对储蓄的影响问题的理论研究。结合中国城镇居民家庭收入和储蓄数据，分析了中国转移收入对储蓄影响状况。得到的结论是，从全国平均水平来看，转移收入增加减少了居民储蓄。从不同收入阶层看，转移收入对储蓄的影响多体现在高收入阶层，对中低收入家庭储蓄影响不大。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the foreign theory on the impact of the social security system on the savings.And it analyses the influence of the transfer income on savings with Chinese data.Our conclusions include that from the national average,the transfer income reduces the household savings,and from different income groups,transfer income reduces the household savings in the high-income families,but it does not appear obvious in the low-income families. |
