服务型政府的公共精神结构分析

服务型政府是我国政府职能转变与和谐社会视角下政府治理模式的重要选择。本文以公共精神结构为分析视角,通过探讨服务型政府治理在理念——模式——职能方式等三个层面的价值演化,分析服务型政府形成的公共伦理结构,以期论证服务型政府的实践因由。

On the Service-oriented Government's Public Spirit Structure

Service-government is a major transformation of government functions in China and in the harmonious society the importance of governance mode choice.In this paper,the structure of public spirit of the perspective of governance in the concept of government-mode-function way of the value of the three levels of evolution,the formation of a public service government ethical structure in order to demonstrate the practice of service-oriented governance cause.
