| 摘 要： | 家庭夫妻暴力问题的治理需要政府与社会的合力,首先政府应加大管理力度,同时建构以民间组织、媒介机构为主体的社会协作防控体系。作为有强制力的制度性途径,反家庭暴力的立法、司法观念和执法模式需要完善。而在促成和谐家庭的社会文化范围方面,注重加强反家庭夫妻暴力宣传与法制教育、提高妇女权利自我意识。
