跨国公司的社会责任决策模型及其应用

摘    要:阐述了制约跨国公司社会责任决策的内外因素,使用利益相关者理论以及认知决策学派的观点来解释跨国公司的社会责任行为。在此基础上,建立了跨国公司的社会责任决策模型,应用该模型解释了跨国公司在中国的社会责任实践,并分析了跨国公司的积极社会责任行为对中国本土企业的潜在影响。

Abstract:This paper illustrates the interior and exterior factors which influence social responsibility decision-making of multi-national companies,uses stakeholder theory and the views of recognition decision-making school to explain social responsibility action of multi-national companies,based on this,sets up social responsibility decision-making model of multi-national companies,uses this model to explain the social responsibility practice of multi-national companies in China and analyzes the influence of active social responsibility action of the multi-national companies on China's local enterprises.
