毛泽东屯垦思想及实践典范研究

以毛泽东为核心的党中央第一代领导集体 ,认真总结中国古代屯垦戍边的历史经验 ,把马克思主义和中国革命与建设实践相结合 ,创立了毛泽东屯垦思想。毛泽东屯垦思想是新疆生产建设兵团产生的前提 ,新疆生产建设兵团是实践毛泽东屯垦思想的成功典范。党中央三代领导集体都十分重视兵团的地位和作用。兵团是中央支援地方 ,内地支援边疆 ,兄弟民族互相支援 ,推动新疆经济、文化繁荣发展的有效形式 ,具有保卫和建设边疆的特殊功能。

Studies of Mao Zedong's Ideas and Practice of Wasteland Cultivation by Station Troops

By summing up the ancient experience concerning the wasteland cultivation by station troops and border defense, the first CPC leading group, with Mao Zedong as the core, combined Marxism and the practice of Chinese revolution and construction, and established Mao Zedong's ideas of wasteland cultivation by station troops. Mao's ideas were the pre-requisite for the formation of Xinjiang construction corps; and the practice of the Corps is the successful model of Mao's ideas. All the three leading groups of CPC pay great attention to the position and role of the Corps. The corps plays a very important role in national defense, border area construction, and is an effective way to achieve economic and cultural prosperity in Xinjiang in the following aspects: the central government supporting the local, the inland area supporting the border area, mutual supporting among the nationalities.
