| 摘 要： | 尝试将现代柔性管理的理念引入到当前的高校学生管理工作中来进行研究，并结合现阶段学生工作所处的时代背景，阐述了学生工作实施柔性管理的必要性，提出了学生工作实施柔性管理的特点、实施的具体原则和措施，旨在拓展和完善高校学生工作管理机制，以促进广大学生主动性、创新性和情感发展，追求一种更加完美的管理境界。
